what ball would be comparable...
« on: June 08, 2006, 05:42:07 AM »
Hello,
Since "Storm" makes Roto-Grip bowling balls which "Storm" ball from their
current line-up would be comparable to the Roto-Grip EPIC?

Thanks, SJ

Roto Grip have their own coverstocks so it's hard to compare balls from the two companys..

Probably the Passion or Vertigo.  Those are the only strong asymmetric dull solid reactives Storm has right now.  The Passion is probably a little stronger, though.

Just get an Epic ..

I already have one and it's really one of the best balls I have ever rolled.

So, if you already have one, then the point of this post was ___- ?

well storm in there line up now doesn't even have a high load particle (or medium load) ball out, the passion is the only active ball that could match up

Well, since Roto-Grip bowling balls are one of the balls not allowed on the PBA and Storms are my friend who is going Pro was asking about this last night in league play so I told him I would ask here...but I didn't know some people were
gonna be weird about it...

"being weird about it"? Not at all. Just asking a specific question. Why are you so uncomfortable about anyone asking such a simple question. I had NO ulterior motive. I only wanted to understand. Is that forbidden now? Is that a sin? Do you consider that a threat, for some God-forsaken reason? Why are you so sensitive? Did YOU have ulterior motive?
