So my broken earth shirt finally arrives...

...last week, after placing my order 2/12, and this is what I got.

Ryan/Dave what color is this shirt supposed to be? This one is (UPS delivery man) brown, orange and white. On the website the shirt looks navy blue, yellow, white with some black on the sleeve. Also the body on that shirt appeared to have a design. This one does not.

Doesn't look the same at all. But why not call or email them first instead of posting it on here?

I''ve made Ryan aware of your query Slap, we''ll look into this, but it sure shouldn''t be brown. And yes the body should have the broken earth texture, hence the name.

Can you possibly email this query to ryan@seismicbowling.com , so that he has something to forward to the shirt company re. the issue, thanks.

I considered that, in fact I drafted my post three times to make it as polite as possible. Ryan and I corresponded privately about the delay. After four weeks I contacted Ryan about my order, he researched it and I was informed my shirt was delayed because of issues with the shirt company. I knew this was something new for Seismic so I waited patiently.

However now I am pissed. I paid good money for a product, waited way too long for it while they worked out the kinks with their vendor and then the product is still wrong!

Unfortunely both Sammy and Seismic are at the mercy of a bad t-shirt vendor. Running our business we''ve had this problem with a plastic bottle distributor, and I can tell you first hand that it stinks.

even though the delay is aggravating for a product which arrived wrong, you should let Seismic remedy the situation or offer a solution.

WOW, does that shirt not look like the pictured one or what?

 Seismic obviously is having some type of problem with their supplier. That shirt looks like it missed a step (or two) in the printing process. No way that shirt should've gotten sent out to you, especially after waiting two months to get it.

 Ryan and Dave are good folks, and I'm willing to bet they'll turn flips to make this right, even if their supplier did bodge it up for them.

I'm not trying to be a prick about this, just an unhappy customer. Hopefully Ryan will be able to clear up my situation and tighten things up with the vendor so that this doesn't happen to other customers. If not, I'm stuck with a one of a kind, Cleveland Browns themed, Seismic jersey. Certainly not the worst thing in the world...

Now if I were to jump on a soapbox, it would be about the vendor. These shirts are supposed to be custom made. How did this shirt pass QA and ship out? WOW!

I will contact you privately by email to of course arrange return of payment.

Seismic are committed to producing the best quality products for bowlers, and this does not stop at the bowling balls.  We will remedy the situation and ensure that no other shirts like this will be shipped.
