West Coast Training Center
« on: July 23, 2008, 03:37:10 AM »
With Rod and Teresa Ross moving to Texas, i would guess that it is the end of a truly special place for bowlers to learn and train.  The center in Manteca had CATS, Bowler's MAP and first class coaching.  Truly tragic for those of us who enjoyed the sessions.  We have been waiting for word of anyone stepping forward to continue, but the silence is indicative on the state of competitive bowling in Northern California.

they were located in a privately owned bowling center in manteca, ca.  rod also owned the pro shop in the center.  since they are part of the new usbc training center in texas, i would assume that they will not start anything on their own, but that is just a guess.  looks like bowlers in florida (kegel) and texas (usbc) will get the benefits of great training centers.
