RESURFACE

TRIED  TO RESURFACE BALL WITH A BALL SPINNER.FIRST WITH RED PAD ,THEN GREEN,AND GRAY,THEN 1000 ABRALON. STILL HAD SOME SCRATCHES. ANY IDEAS?

Burgundy isn't enough to cut scratches. Use 120 or 220grit wet sandpaper first, then work your way back up.

Stop shouting and use less pressure with the scotchbrite pads... Also be sure to follow a procedure like this one.

That is assuming you're referring to sanding lines... deep scratches will require a coarser starting grit.  (as discussed in recommended link)
