Another Sports Series Ball from Storm and they have managed to make a another unique product.  



I thought when they annouce this ball, it was going to be another boring Basketball (like another company). But this ball was colorful, and keep the basketball fans happy.



If you are looking for something to shot spares with, and you love basketball, then pick up one of these.



If you are looking for something to shot spares with and you love Soccer, pick up the Soccer Ball.



And if you are looking for something to shot spares with and you love Golf, pick up Storm latest, the Golf Ball.

Storm Basketball

Bowler style: RH Cranker
(Med spd, high rev)


  This is just another spare ball that is slightly more expensive than the normal ones out there. (Like the columbia white dot and boogies etc). It is good fun due to its colour but i do find it quite distracting when i am trying to hit spares.

  If you are a big basketball fan, get a spalding NBA ball and go shoot hoops. Other wise, as a collector, you may want to get it. But in my opinion, Ebonite makes better weird collector spare balls.

  Works like any other spare ball with loads of laughs.

This is a great ball.  It might be a little more expensive than most other plastic balls, but the Basketball is one of the best plastic balls I have ever used.  I used to have a Zebra III before this ball.  I liked it and how it didn't hook much.  The basketball however, doesn't even hook unless extreme dry.  Not only is it great for getting that 10 or 7 pin, but it looks cool at it.

i love this ball the only problem is if you are not used to these kind of balls you need to be able and willing to practice with it. i used to use a thunder flash and it had grip and a little curve, this ball has no grip but once you get used to it it is probably going to become your favorite ball. but if anyone is looking for a good three ball combo from storm i would get this ball hot shot and fire power.

i like this ball on how it rolls on the lane, nice red white and blue but unfortunately this ball hooks just it is about to hit the 7 pin (i'm a lefty). i have it drilled with negative side weight about 5/8 nad finger weight of 7/8. it still hooks a little and i still misses some of my spares. [V

This ball is so great, my friend (pro bowler) throws an incredibly high rev shot, and this is his spare ball. It goes completely straight for him, which he can almost never get with any ball. But it is crazy, because as it goes down the lane you can see it spinning forward, but once it gets to the end, it is revving so fast that in combination with the colors, it makes an illusion of spinning backwards. Oh well, this ball just got rejected by the PBA so im gonna probably pick it up from him for a cool looking spare ball. Peace

Update- Just picked this ball up after not being able to shoot any spares whatsoever... shoot 211(good for me), 245(new high score!), 266(newest high score)!!! for my best series ever, 722, AND IM ONLY 12 YEARS OLD!! BOOYA ! by the way, this ball is beautiful. even when i throw a bad shot it seems like it will skid the perfect amount to find the pins and looks incredible at it. overall review: if you need a cool looking spareball and can get one of the sports series balls, GET IT NOW

Yeah, i wouldnt buy this ball because it cracks. So, they discontinued it.

this ball is not discontinued, there has been problems making them ,and slowly making a return to the market.  Have a great day!

This ball is a good spare ball Storm said they had the covers a little to hard so thats why they cracked and also people with inserts didn't help the cover anyway at the start of the new bowling season06-07 they have the new and better spare basketball that wont crack and if yours did just call your storm rep. and tell them and they should send you a new one like they did my brother.

Likes: This ball is excellent for spares. As a high rev bowler, I have no problem getting this ball to go straight. The ball almost turns purple if you rev it up. I have had it for 3 years and have had no cracking.
