« on: March 10, 2009, 01:09:14 PM »
i love my pin down 2D pin under ring finger 4 1/2 from pap cg kicked right. Thinking about doing another 2D pin up pin over bridge cg kicked right to replace my one pearl with #1 drilling with mb inch from thumb to make it more angular at 1000 grit lite polish.I love my one pearl just dont wana do 2D if not gona be much of difference, i was thinking that with the mica particle it will grab more and be more angular, need help deciding

Slim,

From what I've read and heard so far, the 2nd Dim will grab more and thus be less angular than the One Pearl which has the potential to be a super flippy ball. The mica theoretically gives the 2nd Dim more traction earlier, making one of the strongest pearls around (according to BTM magazine). So, if you've drilled them right, they could complement each other very well.

well to me even with the pin down on the 2D its very angular and true the one pearl is very flippy mite just leave it the way is cus when the 2D starts rolling up i can go 2 the one pearl  for more length and still have that pop on backend but still mite do a pin up 2D jus to try it
