Ball replacement
« on: January 06, 2008, 11:53:07 PM »
I posted earlier, but here is more detail. Been off for a while and looking to get ready for some tournaments (Local Masters, US open, Nationals, Regionals etc.) Want to replace my Thunderstruck with a new piece. Here is what I have now:

Special Agent : Pin under bridge,cg kicked out. Real even. Cashed in US Open last year with it. Polished for league, box for tourneys.

Thunderstruck - Drilled similar to Special. Similar reaction with more pop than Special at end. Extremely worn out. Used to bowl a lot on wood with it. Looking to replace

Shift - Pin slightly above and right of ring, cg stacked. My max reaction ball. Really turns the corner HARD!

Paradigm - Drilled max length. My skid snap piece.

Am thinking about Sure Fire to replace Thunder, but don't know much about the new stuff out there. Any Suggestions?? Thanks in advance.

Why not a new Thunderstruck?  My guess is you could go to the T-road Solid, and add some polish to get the desired shape, but if youre looking for a replacement, nothing better than with itself.
