Code Red vs Hy-road Nano
« on: February 04, 2018, 06:31:01 AM »
For those who have both balls, I was wondering what people thought regarding the pros/cons of the Hy-road Nano vs the Code Red (ball motion, lane conditions, backend, carry, etc.? I currently own a Code Red and am struggling on how to match up best with it. I've knocked the polish off of it and have tried it at 2000 and 4000.

I own a Hy-road Pearl and love it.....works great on most THS, but doesn't match up well with some longer and flatter THS that I bowl on. I thought the Hy-road Nano may match up well on those conditions that are too long and flat for the Hy-road Pearl. I was hoping the Code Red would fit that gap, but doesn't seem to carry as well and comes in a little too angular, and thought the Hy-road Nano may be a better option. Thoughts?

Based on what you described, there's a shape problem with the Code Red. The Hy-Road Nano should be able to clear that issue up.  The answer can be more complicated (explained better),  but this is the simplest version.
