Dark Thunder vs Special Agent
« on: April 11, 2007, 09:51:16 AM »
I have a Dark Thunder sanded to 600 grit that I love. It gives me about the same total amount of hook as my Shift but with an obviously different shape. I want to get one more ball for Nationals and was considering the Special Agent. Would there be enough separation between the two to warrant the purchase? If they are too similar, should I get an Agent to fit under the Shift instead?

OK, so I ordered a Special today AND I need some advise on the layout. Most of my stuff is drilled stacked 4x4. I utilize alot of loft and side turn ( think Ryan Shaffer ). Would this be to strong for the conditions at the Nationals? This is my 1st trip there and everyone is telling me how slick the condition is, especially in the team event. I have to get this right because this is the third ball I've bought this year and my wife will not let me spring for another one for the rest of..... well, probably my life.
