Without knowing your pap and how the ball is currently drilled, no one will be able to answer your question properly..

If you don't have enough head oil, it doesn't matter how its drilled, the ball is gonna burn up and have nothing to hook with.  So make sure that you are bowling on the right conditions with it.

Is it possible that a ball could be drilled improperly that would make it not hook at all?  I mean I see the lane condition thing as being a reason why the ball wouldn't hook.

I'm willing to bet anything he has a funky PAP that puts his pin and MB in such strong of a position that it's flaring up at 10 feet and not giving him any motion in the last 35 feet.

I've seen it happen a countless number of times when a driller just puts anyone in a "generic looking" go long and snap drill on these strong assymetricals without knowing their real PAP.  For all we know this guy's PAP could be something like 3" right and 2" up which puts the pin about 2" from the PAP and the MB near his VAL.

Have the ball fully plugged, and your PAP remeasured.  Then have the ball layed out properly.  If this indeed was the driller's fault, he should do it for you at a huge discount, if not for free.

the ball is tracking about 1 to 1 1/2 inches from RAD+. does this have anything to do with it??? also he did put a generic long and snap drill on it pin over ring kicked right and the rad+ right next to thumb hole. not weight hole either which i thought he should have put in since i gave hima ball to copy and that ball had the weight hole drilled in it.

Any chance of a video of you throwing the domination to give us an idea of what's actually going on?

Your driller likely just copied your span, grip size, etc. from the ball you have given him.. not necessarily the layout (probably why your current ball doesn't have a weight hole?).

Is your guys shop in a bowling alley?  Have him watch you bowl and even ask him to throw it (or anyone else for that matter).  If it hooks for someone else, then the drilling doesnt match up with your style of play.  I have a friend that has an Elite R47 and plays straight up the boards with it, but if I use it, I have to play a little deeper than he does.

Try those and tell us what happens.

i asked a friend who works there whos brother has one and  i have to play straight up the boards ( around 5) sometimes it will hit light, sometimes not even close, just never makes that hard turn into the pocket. i let a friend who has a lot of revs throw it and he had no problem. maybe it is just me. the guy who drilled it said that it was the strongest drilling highes flaring layout that you can put on that ball. is it me.???

is it possible that you are playing on too much oil?

I know that mine won't move a whole lot on a medium-heavy shot like my original paradigm will...but once the lane breaks down just a bit, the ball just takes off on the backend.

I have mine layed out pin above the bridge with the MB about an inch right of the thumb. (5 1/2 x ~5)

maybe it is just too much oil. either that or the heads are completely burned in the center where i bowl (Flamingo BOWl and AMF Strike n Spare)

Maybe its too strong for your PAP placement and its making your ball burn up, or you're not hitting the dry.  It'd be nice to see a video if u can get one up.
