How to drill it???

MY friend just ordered the Yellow/Blue Tropical Storm and has no idea how to get it drilled. He throws the ball around 18 mph and turns the hell out of the thing...  He wants it for dry medium/dry... he said more toward the dry... How should he get it drilled?  Sorry if he didn't give me enough information about him..

I would put the pin above the fingers, with the cg nice and close to the grip centre.

But best bet would be to talk to your pro, he will be able to best advise on a suitable drilling, once he sees your friend throw a few.
