IQ Tour Pearl discontinued

I have been informed by my distributor that the gold ball has been discontinued.  The solid, however, has not.

The IQ  Tour Pearl, Marvel Pearl, and Reign On were discontinued  on December 1st. The Roto Grip Rumble, Deranged, Totally Defiant and Asylum were all discontinued on December 1st as well.

My best guess would be a Nano Tour Pearl in the early months of 15.

I like it, a lot better than gold. I think Tour Nano Pearl makes the most sense but I wouldn't be surprised to see the same ball with different name and color

IQ Tour Pearl is going to be considered a legendary ball in a few years along with the other IQ Balls. It's extremely more than likely that a pearl version of the Nano is going to come out soon to replace the IQ Tour Pearl.

Not sorry to see it go.  That ball was fools gold for me.  I gave mine away.

I'm relieved the solid didn't go with it, need to order a case of those just in case!

Solid is a great core shell matchup for more demanding tournament conditions.   There were certainly guys who liked the pearl, but for many of us it did not match up well, and was too over under
