Manic and Fringe video review
« on: May 24, 2012, 05:29:57 PM »
In case you haven't seen these new releases, we've reviewed them.
Check out the video, written review, and Digitrax analysis (Manic):

People who like to see that flippy backend reaction will really like the Fringe.  Those who like a strong backend but smooth, readable reaction will like the Manic.

I'm not the biggest fan of the color combos, but it's better than the Frantic for me :-)  It's a good thing the balls are good...

Nice vids, guys. I like the colors and I'll be getting a Fringe in the next month or so after I take a little break. Love the Frantic and need something a tad longer, the Fringe should do the trick.

Thanks!
If you were happy with the Frantic, you'll probably like either ball.  Of course the Fringe will be a bit flippier than the Frantic.
The Fringe is about 2 feet longer than the Manic, but it shouldn't be more than a foot longer than the Frantic since they're both 1500-grit polished out of box.  The Fringe will just be a bit more aggressive off the dry.
Talk with your ball driller to get the reaction you're looking for and maintain predictability as much as possible.
