Huh...MC Escher works for Storm now?

I wonder which performance/price category this ball will fit into.

Heard that the new "MEGA-SHIFT" is in stock at the Nationals booth in Albuquerque, NM.

I may swing by there tomorrow and will report back if true.

Yes, this looks very interesting to say the least.... I wonder what it could be? Maybe the new r2x cover around the agent core? Or, better yet, a "true" dry lane ball like the too hot core with a pearl urethane cover? Thats something that storm has been missing for a long time, and no the tropical is not a dry lane ball, way too strong of a cover.

Yesterday night, a Dimension sitting in our pro shop.

R2X solid reactive, 2000-grit Abralon. Color like the special agent (more purple). The new core look like a modify shape-lock.

That sounds like it is going to be a hook monster. Also I agree with the no real true dry lane ball. I loved the too hot. Even the blue hot was a good 3 piece core with a mild cover ball that was great for the even drier stuff.

So supposedly they are doing their answer to the Cell so the Storm guys would have a ball with similar traits to throw.  Would this be that ball?

thats the mighty shift, not the mega shift, that is pretty much an overseas version of the shift, just look at the specs.

The Dimension is NOT an overseas ball...it is the new Master Line ball. Balls are already starting to ship to VIP Shops and distributors

The Fire Line is NOT done....The Rapid Fire Pearl is on the way to go with the Rapid Fire. The Spitfire and Surefire are being taken out of the line though.

As far as the "true dry lanes ball" goes....i think the problem is that people dont search for the oil on the lane often enough ( my opinion ). Most people tend to want to camp out in one spot. Everybody keeps begging for a Urethane ball or a re-make with an old cover....but what you dont realize is that they just wont sell good enough. You guys are in the minority of looking for that ball reaction. 90% of todays bowling population is looking for more hook, not less. My reccommendation is to either learn how to get deeper on the lane, or learn how to adjust hand/speed positions well enough to use existing product lines. I still use a Jolt Pearl when neccessary ( accu-tread ), but i havent found a need for anything weaker than that. Besides, on todays oils the older covers just dont work as well in general. I know there will be 50 people say " but my Trauma Recovery still works great". Again, these are in general comments and not true for everybody
