Official New Storm Balls & Discontinuted Balls

Storm has just discontinued the X-Factor Reloaded, Duece, Hot Wire and Big Hit Solid.

Storm has also announced some new balls.  The Flash Flood (Color - Maroon/Navy), Power ReCharge (Color - Purple/Gold), Triple X-Factor Extreme (Color - Red/Blue/Purple), Big Hit Particle (Color - Black), Big Hit Blue/Red Pearl and the Hot Rod Pro Stock (Color - Red/Black).
No Release dates yet.

Storm is really running out of colors. They just used colors from there overseas balls.

Maroon/Navy is also on the Thunder Power
Purple/Gold is also on the El Nino 2003
Red/Blue/Purple is on the X-Factor and the Phase 2
Red/Black has been on the El Nino Fatal.

I just hope some of the seniors I used to bowl with in Florida and take that title too literally.

They could do a lot worse with names, and honestly, the name or color of the ball doesn't knock down the pins.  What those new names do accomplish is brand recognition.  Who else would release a Flash Flood?

I agree that their recent naming "system" is getting a little stale.  The numerous yearly releases from the bowling ball industry has really cut into the new name pool though.

The Recharge has a new Core that looks really awesome.
 I Personally Don't care what they call it!

Hot Rod Pro Stock is awesome as well as the Triple Xtreme.

He wouldn't know a good ball if it fell in his foot!

I was bowling last night and the proshop here had 1 ENG on the shelf. About had a heart attack! Makes 4 of them now. Gotta love it!

lol Ty, the %$#&@ hasn't changed a bit since you left....Still has an attitude and still pizzing everyone off. One person in my league bought a 3 Ball Roller Bag from him for $155. The next day he saw the same bag at Heritage Lanes for $97.50.

I saw all of the new STORMS, they are definitely trying to offer pieces for the heavy handed and hand impaired. Great marketing move on their behalf!

When the rep for our area showed me the pieces, peaked my interest. So I am ready and waiting to get my hands on a Recharge.
