Storm a real stand up company
« on: January 24, 2006, 11:41:01 PM »
Posted this in the wrong forum before. Had my Passion fro 2 weeks and it cracked. Loved the ball. No big deal since my first Paradigm cracked and second one has been great. Anyway, got worried when all the Pro shops I deal with told me of supply problems. Well, I'm bowling US Open in 3 weeks and would like to have it available if necessary. E-mailed Storm and they got right back to me and told me they would make every effort to get one to me well before Open. And if not, they would have one for me at the tournament. Just wanted to say I really appreciate Storm treating a nobody like me like one of their Staffers (Or at least like I'm somewhat important). Not a shameless plug for Storm, just an appreciative customer.

storm crap balls crack all the time.  they are more worried about the smell of the ball then actually putting out a decent product.

My passion cracked in a rainbow shaped arc from the top of middle finger to the top of the ring finger. Also, small crack extending 1" to right of ring finger. Can still use it, but probably not for long. Not too worried, cause my Paradigm cracked after 8 games, but 2nd one has 75+ games on it w/ no trouble.

I get nervous when people start telling me how their ball cracked, especially the way my Paradigm has been preforming. I have about 60+ games on mine incident free.

bigk975j, they just replace the ball.

Just to follow up on my original post. Storm really came through for me. My replacement Passion showed up yesterday. Just proves that Storm does care about their customers. Great job!!
