Any of you guys get one? Im getting mine tonite (finally).  What does it remind you of?

Im hopping for an assymetical that is very useable.  The g2 rolls really well for me in the sync...hopefully this is a great sequel!

Closest thing to the Gravity yet. Fits in under the Lucid and above the IQT Gold for me.

This VERY reminiscent of the virtual energy.   I have waited a long time to say that!

Even better,  it smells like red bull! Haha

I got it punched up for my league tomorrow night, ill commence the strike fest then!

I'd say arguably its closer to the shape of older Storm pieces along the RAD lines of the Paradigm and Deuce/X-Factors.

For me, by shape it probably shouldn't be in the SYNC line, its G2+ makes it feel (for me) like a different shape of ball vs. theoretically having just a pearlized version of a SYNC. Similar to the original Marvel vs. Marvel-S. The Marvel-S seems closer to what a true solid version of the great Marvel Pearl than the original Marvel being the solid of to the Marvel Pearl. :)

Cheers

OK, bill, besides the obvious differences. How does it compare to your Lucid?

Bill,  Buddies just shipped mine today with almost the sam layout as yours (my favorite layout).   Looking forward to getting it on the lanes.    Just curious if you are seeing a lot of flip in the back end or strong but controllable.

Ok its like the lucid but for me much more length and less laborious on the backend.  Easy length, big backend.

THE BIG DIFFERENCE IS...

I can use it on a ths on wood lanes, that are flyin'.  The cover for me isnt much stronger than the R2S or R2X.  ERG is very usuable. The lucid was more up front with the reaction, the Byte is backend!  The nano pearl and anarchy were way too strong for me off the spot.  The Virtual Energy is my closest comparison, with the byte being a stronger off the spot.  My problem wa s I had the sync but I had nothing that great to ball down to as the sync is my best reaction.  Now I have that option...it only took 10 months! Haha

Try it youll love it!  I will probally do a all pearl reaction comparison video featuring all my utah peices...

Cool. The Lucid just didn't match up for me and the Nano Pearl is stronger than I thought it would be. Threw the Virtual Energy well, so I think I'll pick one up.

Actually got to use it.  Struck first 15 of 16 shots..switched to the wrecker in game 2 for a 762 series...

I have my dream team line up for wood lanes now....

Byte
Edge
Fire road
Crossroad
Bandit
Wrecker
Shout 2012

(Good thing I have a locker hahahaha)

Theres like 10 people that got to try my byte, theyre all getting it now!  (I have pretty much a demo day grip lol)

Everyone saying it reminds them of the "gravity shift" and the "virtual energy" some even are saying due to the bigger motor they saw shades of the good ol' rad+ days...

I was wondering if the new core variation rolled similar to the rad+. Every time I looked at the Byte, I just felt like I was looking at a modern(stronger) Domination
