Storm - Outstanding customer service

My Special Agent cracked a few days ago. It was no longer under warranty. I called Storm and they said that since I have been using Storm for years (bags, balls, etc) that they would try to find another Special Agent to send out to me, even though they were discontinued. I paid to have my cracked Special Agent sent to Storm. They called today and informed me that they couldn't get me a Special Agent but asked if I would be interested in a Dimension. I told them that I already had one and asked if the Virtual Gravity was in the price range. They said it would be a $20 charge and that it should be at my house next week.


That is great customer service. Looking past the ball being out of warranty and replacing it with another, due to me being partial to Storm. Thanks Storm.

Wow man thats awesome, I had one ball crack on me and called them and had to ship them the ball but got a new one back in just a week from the day I called. I felt it was an extremely fast turnaround and had to say it was a very pleasant experience.

I had an Agent crack about a month after having it drilled and Storm replaced it immediately.
