Spare Time Lanes in little old Decatur Ill has one, and it does a very good job, not sure if its to far south or north for you..

It's not located in Illinois but Olympya Lanes in Hammond,Indiana has it

My parents don't live to far from Olympia lanes so next time I visit them I will go over there. Thanks for the info.
