I ran into a problem with my cell ball cracking, seeing how roto is owned by storm I contacted our regional manager. And can I say that for as long as I can throw a ball I will be throwing roto or storm! My cell was replaced without jumpng through flaming hoops. They took care of me and in times like this you can't say enough about a company willing to stand behind their product like that! Roto/Storm you really are the bowlers company!
