Taming my Frantic

Looking to tame down my Frantic a touch. It has the stock coverstock and its a bit to snappy for be condition that I am currently seeing. Suggestions?

Surface will tame the backend of the ball. Start with something like 4000 and work your way down till you find something you like.

Depending how snappy it is and how much you want to tame it down,
either start with a light grey Scotch-Brite pad or a P4000 grit Abralon/Siaair/NEAT pad and lightly haze the surface by hand, just enough to remove some or all of the shine, OR
sand it thoroughly on a spinner with a P4000 grit pad, OR
sand it thoroughly on a spinner with a P2000 grit pad.

Thanks for the thoughts. Hitting the pocket was not the main issue, it was leaving the 10 pin and most were ringing 10 pins. Felt the entry angle might be to much based on hard it was moving off the dry.

Not the best moving inside which I think would soften the entry angle some, so thus the question.

I've hit several with 1000 pad for customers and most of them have ended up liking the ball much more after that....
