Thumbs up for the Attitude Shift.
« on: April 22, 2008, 02:22:00 PM »
Well I used my Attitude shift for the 1st time this past weekend. Saturday I went 267, 205 (3 bad shots on my own stupidity in the last 3 frames), and a 248 for a 720. Sunday went 232, 276, 168 for 676. I realized too late that I needed to make a ball change to my T-Road Pearl in the 3rd game.

Storm is starting to get back on my good side for equipment. Looking forward to the next new release.

if there is enough oil i love using mine. excellent hitting power with a distinct sound.

Yup I noticed that when the oil went bye bye, so did the pin carry. The hitting power and carry is awesome with oil there and when the ball hits solid in the pocket I cant quite explain the sound but definately not like anything else i own.

Attitude Shift is going to be longer and more angular at the breakpoint with less continued hook than the Cell.  From what I've see, it's good for opening up lanes that have some friction right at the breakpoint, but quite a bit of oil inside and up front.

im glad you guys are enjoying this ball b/c i think its the worst ball i ever owned.  when i had less than 20 games on it , i was avging 220-230 a night .  after that 20 game mark, with good cleanings, im lucky if i can avg 190. my series typically looks like 230-200-160.  while its obviously oil conditions, i.feel this ball is not versitile at all and only good for fresh lanes.

I like my attitude.  I shot a 256 w/it in the 3rd game one night.

another series last night  209 (missed two 1 pin spares) , 239 and a 180.   its so aggrevating to see the ball go from hooking like a champ and smashing pins to rolling really early and never finishing.   any of you try polishing this ball?  im definately thinking about it
