Thunderstruck Pearl drilled Pin over bridge, Cg stacked. Domination pin over middle, RAD inch a half off thumb.
I’ve been throwing the TSP for a week or two now and drilled the Domination to compliment it for medium conditions, does a great job they make a great 1-2 combo. The TSP is super clean through the front and mids on even lighter mediums, but is very strong off the dry, making it easily useable on heavier medium conditions as long as the backends are clean enough. Medium conditions are where the ball really shines, it’s just so clean through the fronts and very strong on backends yet it’s not SO skid/flip that I don’t know what it’s going to do every shot, nor does it suffer from over/under like most strong skid/flip balls do.
The Domination is a good 3-4 boards stronger overall then the TSP and about 4 feet earlier, it revs up strong in the mids and reads the backend smoother then the TSP on mediums and heavier mediums. Don’t get me wrong the Domination is a beast on the backend just not like the TS. When the TSP is pushing a little too far downlane and leaving ring 7’s, the Domination revved up earlier and kicked the 7 out everytime.
Both balls store so much energy for the backends the pin action is incredible! In the first game and half with the Domination I left 3 9Pins and 2 8’s in a house not known for that kind of pin action.
So far I’m impressed with my new Storms, really impressed with the Thunderstruck Pearl…Next up the Thunderstruck Solid.
