any number of possible reasons for that; among them:
- been subjected to too much oil already and absorbed too much.
- current oil pattern has been carried down and the shot is different.
- ball has too much of a track and and is hooking slightly earlier, with less energy saved for the backend,
- they're putting out slightly more oil,
etc

Until you know the reason why, any change to the surface is premature and a wild guess, a stab in the dark, so to speak.

have almost two seasons on it now, seems like it lost its snap, lane conditions are the same, i only use it in dry houses now, medium to heavy conditions it  dont move at all like it used to.


what should i do?

I'd suggest a thorough re-surfacing followed by an oil extraction (Revivor or Rejuventor treatment or hot water bath) or plasticizer procedure (Ebonite's Hook Again treatment) while it's in its dull state and then have the pro shop bring back to its out-of-the-box surface.
