X-Factor Reloaded..please help
« on: April 13, 2009, 06:17:21 AM »
My pro shop guy just gave me a X-Factor Re-Loaded he had sitting around. It looks like it may have 20 games on it. It is drilled pin under ring with the rad to the right of the thumb. What kind of reaction could i expect with this ball? We are gonna keep the layout the same just change the grip. What surface would you guy's recommend? This ball came out before i started bowling and don't know much about it, but hey it was free . Any info would be appreciated.

I had one of these back in the day drilled with a very similar layout.

Factory surface is 1000 grit Matte finish. (Do a wet 1000 grit Abralon)

You can expect smooth control from this ball with a continuous backend motion. It will not be super snappy but more of a strong roll off the break point. It will read the mids because of the particle pearl cover and heavy rolling core, along with that 1000 grit finish. This is a great ball and has a great scent too.

Hope this helps
