757 series today with desert heat..
« on: July 02, 2006, 07:04:34 AM »
and da-mn.. i had first impressions that it was a dud - nothing at all.

wow - i was terribly wrong. I got it on light oil today - and da-mn - that baby hit soo hard. i striked through the 9th - left a solid 8 - knocked it out - and striked - for a solid 279! second game i threw a 219 - and the third came back with a 259 and = 757 whichj was on house conditions - but still a hell of a a series. now - that ties with my highest - which is great.

another great ball from track bowling

I agree it's an underrated ball. Convinced a teammate of mine that was struggling on house shots due to his lower ball speed and medium-high rev rate to get a Desert Heat so he could handle these conditions better, and he's found it to be a great ball for that shot as well as tournaments.

Machine

The Desert is just one of those balls people expect to go long and hit flat....they have the go long part right, but the Desert packs a punch! You will like yours more and more the more you throw it!
