ball advice
« on: October 15, 2007, 10:53:46 PM »
im looking to get a new ball for dryer conditions. lately, the  house shot and a local sweeper tourney, the back ends have been flying. i currently dont really have a dry to med ball. my current line up includes --- 2 power machines  - mean machine - rule gp2 - phenom unleashed - voo doo--  the voo doo  is probally the only ball i have for dry, so im looking to pick up something new. should i look at the temper, or should i try to find a dry heat, desert heat or an equation? i need to add that i do throw fairly hard, aprox 16.5 - 17.5  mph - so this needs to be taken into consideration.i can adjust speed alittle, but i dont want to slow down to where im not comfortable.

Equation is not a dry lane ball (medium to light at best). Desert Heat, Equation 2, & weakly drilled Temper in that order.

Equation2. Best dry lane ball I've ever had. I'm a stroker with medium revs and I throw the ball around 17 MPH as well. I keep it highly polished with Magic Shine. Like it so much I bought 2 more. Hope this helps !!
