Is the Equation going to be at the arsenal series price point or more in the heat/solution price point?

From info I have, it should be in the Classic Performance line (Heat/Solution).  Our 3rd release will be in the High End Symmetric...

TenPins,

I am still curios to see how different the equation would be with the same drilling as the Artillary.

should be plenty different. I dont know how everyone's artillery came out of the box, but mine were not with a heavy polish, the equation will be. The equation also shares the core of the heat blast, a very smooth even ball, that gets down the lane well. The core/cover should give the look of a heat blast, just gets down further and has more pop in the back.

Hey dj,

I completely agree with Eric here.  I apologize, I failed to give the rg and diff on the Equation, 2.48 and a diff of .053.  The Artillery I think is around 2.45 with a .046 diff.  By numbers alone, it should be slightly longer with a lot more flare and movement compared to the Artillery.  Hope this helps some.....

Since I throw a bit of Columbia these days as well as Track here is my current arsenal and where the Mean Machine should fit in.  You should get the idea

Here is a good comparison to let you know how it compared to others

Length down the lane (all box finish):

Robo rule: 4
Power Driver Sanded: 5
Strike Machine: 7
Machine: 9

Backend Reaction (box finish):

Robo rule: 6
Power Drive Sanded: 6
Strike Machine: 9
Machine: 9.5

Total boards covered

Robo rule: 9
Power Drive Sanded: 8
Strike Machine: 7
Machine: 6

Now based on the new info and some conversations with Del the new Mean Machine should fit in between the Power Drive and the Strike Machine.  It will be a Asymmetrical benchmark ball for oil in the 'ROBO CORE' series.

Hope this clears things up.

He was basing the numbers on his own experience not Track's numbers.
