I finally used the Rising after letting it sit in my bag for a few weeks.  I wish the wait wasn't as long.  I had it box finish, with the recommend drilling, pin between and beneath both fingers.  We bowl in an AMF House, the mid's flooded, from 10th board to the gutter dry and fairly decent backends.  I usually play outside, 8-10th board and go straight up, but today, I swung it a little going over 10 out to about 6, with decent speed.  This ball worked great all day, I did not have to move.  The drive and backend roll on this ball is great and the pins explode. This ball never slowed or died on me, it had backend movement all day.  I had a decent score, 748, with the first eight last game, left a seven pin in the ninth frame.  In any case, I should have used it much earlier than before.
