Track Equipment and Viper Pattern Results
« on: July 05, 2005, 02:21:57 PM »
Hey guys,

I want to thank Carl and Clint for their input. I did post the other thread kind of late, but due to a sorry 4 day weekend this week I wasn't thinking about anything except all the stuff that went wrong! Now onto the results from this pattern!

Games: 192, 151, 144, 178, 209, 145
Average: 169.84 (A summer league worst this season)
+/-: -181

Balls Used:
Rule, Slash, and Crash

I got a great read the first game and put together a few doubles and started off great! Games 2-3 was just terrible! Can you say "OVER/UNDER?!?" I mean it was horrible. If you got it a pinch out, it left a wash out and never got back to the 1-3. If you tugged it a pinch, it went high for some sick 2-8-10's! I mean it was just over/under all night and I couldn't find a good read with any ball in my bag. I got my best read from the Slash/Crash combo and in the 5th game I managed to break 200+! It doesn't seem so hard on the info sheet, but if you haven't bowled on this and have major problems handling over/under, its going to be a long night, unless you can spare consistently! Next week I get another chance to improve on the Shark pattern, I didn't do so well on this the last time I bowled on it so wish me the best! Thanks for reading and any thoughts, comments, or opinions please post them on this thread!

Michael,

I think you will do fine your second time around bud! Seeing a pattern again is always easier than seeing it the first time out.
