Xception 5.0 in inMay 2005 issue of BJI.

There's an ad for it in the May 2005 issue. Kind of red swirls like the Xception is green swirls. "Pretty", says Excaliber.

Fang particles in Goo LS (Xception coverstock) base which I guess makes it a particle pearl. Should be smooth and strong.

Interesting position in the Xception, Rule, GP2 heirarchy.

Charlest,

That is kind of what I thought....however, this ball has a ton of backend. The pearl particle cover does not sacrifice backend as you would expect.

this ball sounds like a winner from just what ive been hearing from it...a particle ball that has the backend movement of the orginal xception and can handle a little bit more carrydown due to the particle cover...i love my ace and all but with how this ball sounds like i think i have found a replacement for my ace....
