Why did track change the hook ratings so much? The x-ception is supposed to be for medium oil and is pearl reactive, yet its ratings are 38-28. My freak, a legitimate heavy oil ball, was rated 32-25 as a particle. whatever i guess, its just stupid to have a rating system when none of the ratings are even worthwhile.

Let's see the Phenom was 38-30 I believe (without looking) the regular rule is 40-30......

And i don't see how the rule could be stronger than my phenom... if it was stronger than my phenom, i would have no chance of using it except on a 50 foot pattern (even with my womanly revs)

The Rule has a greater length rating.  It'll go down further and then hook more (or as much) as the Phenom whereas the Phenom will hook much earlier and because it hooks earlier, it has time to cross over to the other side of the lane.  I don't know if I'm getting what I'm trying to say across well, but...ya.
