Xception continues to be a money winner
« on: December 05, 2004, 02:28:43 PM »
This ball just continues to work wonders on the lanes. It opens up the lanes in a way that nothing I have thrown does.

I have seen comments about it being the biggest backend reaction out of a Track Ball-----well, for me it is the biggest backend out of any ball I have thrown. Look at my reviews list, I have had a lot of balls.

I drilled one up for a buddy of mine today. He is a regional player that has recently purchased a MoRich WMB. His current Arsenal is : Animal, WMB, Xception, Inferno and for dry he is still using a Teal Rhino that he cannot put away. The Xception opened up the lanes for him (he is a stroker) probably 4-5 boards more than his WMB did. Naturally it is going to be stronger off of the dry boards than the WMB, but it was the way it was killing the pins for him that opened his eyes.

This is the ball that people have been pleading to Track for. The reactive cover with a morpheous core....with easy length and strong backend. It is here!!!!!

I too have won some $ with this ball and i totally agree about what ex said.. I thought my freakout had some backend..nothing compared to this ball. Opens up the lane to go around any sludge in the middle. Its an "oh my gawd" Amazing ball. Let me also chime in on how wonderful the slash is. Already have 2 of those, with more to follow!

I'm going to have to hold off on getting an Xception because I'm poor from getting an Animal and Rule a couple months ago!  Maybe if some videos were posted, I'd be lured into buying it (even though I have no money)!

Hey there The great one,
Do you think it would be possible for you to put up some vids of you using your Xception?  I really enjoyed your previous and found them to be very useful.  Thanks!

....and EX, I thought you said you were gonna get some vids up soon to  I don't mean to rush you, but when you do get the chance, it would be great for you to show off your Track balls

Ice,

Actually picked up a camera, so it should not be too long. **L**

After seeing what Rick Leong did with the Rule, I didn't think anything could have as much (or more backend), but the Xception sounds amazing and has a backend rating of 9.5!  I definitely want to try one!

I wonder if Nick Smith is willing enough to get an Xception and make a vid of him using it...after seeing what he can do with a Fire Quantum, I would definitely like to see what he can do with an Xception.  He seems to be a very loyal (too loyal?!?) Brunswick user though

Funny you brought this up Ex, I just bowled a Nisei tourny this past weekend and made some cash too with the Xception.  I was out for 279, left a 10 in the 10th, operator error, shot 258 for 1st in scr and 2nd in hdcp.  Same thing as in Vegas, win scr with 279 but lose hdcp to 280....I need more cap.

Hey pnj,

Glad it fits and reacts well.  Pretty tough to drill off somebody else's specs sometimes, especially like your thumb of 7/8 ovaled to 31/32.  It's a perfect fit under the Rule isn't it?
