3 ball VISE
« on: April 08, 2007, 01:05:11 PM »
Hey folks, I just wanted to let some of you know that the airlines are not giving anyone using the 3 ball tote manufactured by Vise a problem(naturally 16lbs may not pass). I wanted to put this out there because it was being said that the airlines were not allowing 3 ball rollers.

As long as you don't throw 16#--the Vise bag will pass.  49.5-49.75# with 3 15# balls in them.  I haven't had any problem with them at any airlines.

When I flew home from New Orleans for the ABCs, the woman at the Continental front desk told me that 3-Ball Rollers are allowed, regardless of their weight.  She printed me a copy of their limitations and it reads rather vaguely.  It can be interpreted many ways, but the customer never wins these battles.

I look forward to dropping another $50 when I fly out Friday morning.
