Any Classified Bowlers to fill a spot? May 19-20
« on: May 07, 2011, 10:09:31 PM »
I take 4 teams to Nationals and my 4th is a classified team. My group is in need of a bowler for All Events May 19 (team at 8:30pm) and May 20 (minors at 5:30). I know this is incredibly short notice, but I am throwing it out there in the hope that maybe someone who wants to bowl can, or maybe someone tagging along for the trip to Reno could bowl as well.

Our Classified team can stay classified with someone who averages 183 or less----this average would also make the doubles pairing stay Classified. If you average 181-183, the only event that you would be in the regular division is singles. Are you interested? If so, PM me here and we can go from there. The tourney is paid for, and I will also pay for a nice dinner on the day of the team event if you are interested.

Unfortunately, I am not personally in a positon to subsidize another bowler's trip.  I've only been back to work for about six weeks after being unemployed for eight months.  I'm lucky that I can make the trip!

And we are lucky to have you, Keith.

While I would love to help out in any way possible, I did pay for another member of our groups plane ticket just to keep him from backing out. Meanwhile, I have bills from from when my son spent 9 days in the hospital.

Mr. Banana's do you have a true book average from last year?

I did just remember, I have a buddy of mine who has an extra room at the Atlantis if needed. So the hotel could be covered. That covers 1 of the expenses.

Typically we do a couple dinners together and I could swing those, although I know that the airfare it the tough part.

Not a league average but I have a collegiate average
