For buffet, I find the "Toucan"(sp) at the "Atlantis" is the greatest.

1. The main Buffet at ATLANTIS
2. Buffet at SILVER LEGACY
3. Up the street from ATLANTIS is a place called CLAIM JUMPER
They give you monster portions. IF you love meat, that's the place to go.

Stay away from the buffet at Circus Circus.  4 out of 5 cabbies said not to eat there, and they should know

Curse of Dusty needs to report here.  He guided us to some great places to eat when we were there for Mixed Nationals in October.

I believe we ate at a place in the Hilton that had some of the best Chinese food I have ever tasted.

We had breakfast at the Silver Legacy, I tihnk it was called the Sweetwater Cafe.  Excellent and reasonable.

Do not eat at the buffet at Circus Circus.  4 out of 5 cab drivers can't be wrong

Here is a link to Cheapo Travel's Reno website.  Some of Casino Boy's comments are hysterical, and he gives pretty honest reviews of the hotels and restaurants in Reno.

The steak house in Circus Circus is awsome. In the Eldorado hotel there is a great buffet for breakfast.
