Also instead of starting another thread where have people stayed at in the past in Reno.  This will be my first in Reno so i was wondering what hotels people thought were good/bad.  I have been thinking of staying at the Pepper Mill myself.  Seems pretty descent for the price.

We stay at the Eldorado.  It's one of the best hotels in Reno. The location is great also being only a block or so from the stadium.

If you want cheap and downtown near the stadium, the Sands is a good choice. My personal preference is the Peppermill. Nice rooms and great food. It's about a mile from downtown and the stadium though.
