A little help, please?

I was just wondering if anyone has any ideas?

I always have the same pro-shop guy drill all my balls.  He drilled my ogre pearl perfectly and it slides right off my hand.  I recently added the charcoal executioner to my collection, same ball weight, but every time I release this ball it bounces out of my hand.  The pro-shop guy took out my slug and replaced it for another and it feels fine but I just have no idea why it's not sliding off my thumb.  Any help is appreciated!!

Are these the only two balls you have this problem with?  If so, take them back with a ball you don't have the problem with and have him compare the spans and pitches.  Sometimes you can't feel a small change, but it makes a difference to your grip.

Are the two balls drilled the same?

With me the big problem has always been the position of the core.
TO me it makes a difference where the core is as it comes off of my hand.

How are these two drilled?

Is the charcoal drilled with the pin above the fingers, and the orge with the pin below?

I would DEFINATELY have your pro shop operator check the pitches, as I would think that you might have too much reverse pitch on your thumb, or too much forward pitch on your fingers...either of which would cause you to possibly drop the ball more often. As was suggested before, take the Charcoal Exec. and another ball that feels fine (like the Blurple Ogre) and have them compare pitches.
