Gladiator Pearl vs. Ogre Pearl
« on: October 20, 2008, 02:17:10 AM »
For most depending on how they lay out both and their stats.  What's the difference?  Both look to be very smooth reacting at least for me.  Which has more oil handling ability?  Which would you rate for strength as higher if laid out about the same with same cover?  Do you use them both on the same basic lane condition?

for me the gladiator is stronger and I can get really deep with it as well.

the OP is smoother overall and covers the same lane conditions.

both are surfaced 2000 abralon plus snake oil

the gladiator is drilled strong id guess around 4" pin and the OP is drilled stacked leverage.

Had a Blurple drilled pin over ring and cg stacked and currently have the Glad Pearl drilled pin in ring finger and cg stacked.

I think the GP handles a tad more oil and rolls stronger through the midlane. Very smooth reaction off the dry. I have gotten deep with it and it has turned the corner for me. Really nice down and in ball, almost impossible to lose the pocket with it.

Haven't left as many solid 8 and 9's with it as I did with the Blurple. Hope I just didn't jinx myself
