Vintage Danger Zone
« on: February 03, 2016, 12:08:43 PM »
Description: Through the Brunswick Vintage line of bowling balls they have brought back yet another legend, the Danger Zone. To celebrate this iconic ball's 20 year anniversary Brunswick has combined the Vintage Lightbulb Low RG core with a newer coverstock, the PK 2016 (a modern version of the PowrKoil 18).  This combination brings the retro Danger Zone motion of skidding through the heads while saving axis rotation for the backend to bring that memorable Danger Zone reaction to modern lane conditions.

The Danger Zone is my new favorite benchmark ball. It is a smooth controllable reaction that really hits the pins hard. I use this ball to figure out what the lanes are doing and I often choose what ball to throw after using this one first. This ball is great on most conditions with the except of long heavy oil patterns. It is a great ball to start out with in league on a typical house pattern. Everybody needs to have one of these in their bag. Stop by your local pro shop and pick one up today.
