I am the winner of a RAFFLE held by IKE on March 3 2006. The raffle had 10 tickets for $15 each. The winner could choose any NIB ball excluding LANE1 and LEGENDS! Being the winner I advised IKE that my choice was a TRACK MACHINE on March 12. NOTE: Ike never was in contact with me to advise of my winning .. I initiated the contacts!

There has been an exchange of Email's with he and I .. him making numerous excuses and me making plenty of requests for delivery. His latest note claims that he is at college and his SUPPLIER was on VACATION. He stated that the ball would be in the mail on April 5. As of today I have not received the ball .. a TRACKING NUMBER or heard any more from him.

Ike had run a NUMBER OF RAFFLES earlier in the year and at that time I started a posting to verify that the balls were being delivered. Apparently he was honoring all the RAFFLES and winning BR members reported satisfaction.

EVIDENTLY IKE has changed his position. I think he has NO INTENTION to make good this delivery. In NOT DELIVERING he has done me WRONG in that I did not receive something I gambled on and WON .. and it works out that he cheated NINE other members who were in the raffle buying entries in GOOD FAITH!

I have written numerous Email's to IKE and his responses lead me to believe he is NOT TO BE TRUSTED .. Even if I eventually get the ball .. the aggravation is NOT WORTH IT.

I suggest IKE be considered A BAD CHOICE to do business with from this point forward!

I would appreciate it if BR members bombard IKETOWN300 with mail asking: WHY HASN'T JOE FALCO RECEIVED HIS WINNING BALL FROM THE MARCH 3 RAFFLE?

I had similar problems with this seller about a year ago. However at the time, noone else had the same issues. I had actually purchased a ball from him and paid him, only to never receive the ball. He eventually gave me my money back after about a month and a half. It simpy is not worth the aggravation to deal with this guy.

I also suggest BUYER BEWARE!!

thats cuz its not an excuse. he was on vacation and just got back this past weekend. i emailed him and told both joe and dpat what the deal was with as soon as i hear from him i will either get ur money back or make sure the ball is on its way if not already on its way. i have never screwed anyone on this board at anytime. But Joe u r getting a ball for 15 bucks which aint bad i dont think. Before he left for vacation, i told both joe and dpat that he was out of machines (what joe wants) and ones (what dpat wants 2 of). i have kept up with communications with you both. i cant help he hasnt received his shipment nor that he forgot to tell me he went on vacation.

I bought a saw blade from Iketown300 before and i had no problems with him.  that is just my experience.  I received the ball 2 days after i paid.

This is what I mean about IKE!What does this comment say .. he talks about me getting a ball for $15 and forgets that he has $150 PAID TO HIM for the ball .. HE IS NOT A PERSON TO DO BUSINESS WITH!

no joe actually i get about 20 dollars for the raffle the rest goes to my guy for the ball to have him ship it to you.  This is why i quit the raffle for awhile because things just seem to come up where sometimes my guy cant get the stuff out in a "timely manner".  When i buy stuff from him cuz its so cheap i could care less about how long i wait but that is just me.  i totally understand where u guys r coming from and after u guys get ur balls now or money back then i am only goin to sell stuff i have or if u need something u dont have to pay until i get the ball in hand.
