Beans Secret Sauce works well but..
« on: January 31, 2008, 07:12:23 AM »
Beans Secret Sauce is great, but my only complaint is that when i received my 16oz bottle it wasnt completely full, more like 75-80% full. At least make an attempt to make it ALMOST full when a customer pays 23 dollars.

might want to ask Mr beans offline about this, no need to go public.

I use the stuff I cantell you it goes along ways using a little polish.  in fact I keep one white towel with the stuff on there and have done 7-8 balls with one good dousing on that towel.  let the towel dry then just re-wet it and use again.  amazing I have had a 16 oz bottle for like a year and still 2/3 full and I have done at least 50 balls.

I don't know Beans from a brick in the wall, BUT, when I buy a bag of chips at the store, they sure aren't full up to the top. Just because the container is not filled does not mean you did not get the amount you purchased. He could have used a 20oz container...and if he would have filled it up, he would be giving you 4 free ounces of his product, he would be out cash as you only paid for 16 ounces, which is not right either.

Did you happen to pour out the contents to measure them? Thats probably the only way to know how much you really received.

ALL products sold are sold as measured quantities. Your 16 oz. bottle contained 16 ounces. Exactly what you paid for. The extra space in the bottle is for shaking the polish so it aggetates(sp) well and you get a consistent mix. I understand your concerns and I think it really was a good comment. Now you know why the bottles are like that. The 32 ounce is the same way. In the 8 oz. bottles there isn't as much extra space. Don't know why it is just the design of the bottles.

Thanks  beans
