What would you like to see from Hammer in the near future?
« on: January 28, 2009, 05:29:57 AM »
What kind of bowling balls would you like to see from Hammer in the near future?

I wish Hammer would make a VIBE with a strong solid reactive cover.  I would also like to have the exact core and specs as the other Vibes.  So basically just add a strong cover.

I think it would be a big seller at the VIBES price point.

My Blue Vibe with it's cover brought down to 1000 grit handled heavier oil pretty well.   I could only imagine how strong it would be with a stronger cover than the Blue Vibe.

The Blue Vibe is still one of the best bowling balls i've ever owned.

Maybe it sounds strange but i would like to see a vibe core in a clear ball. I don't know if its possible but if they could keep the cover clear and add some friction in to it (2000 and polish maybe?) i would get one. Like a Razyr with the opposite concept.

I would love to see them put the doom cover on the black widow core. actually...i wouldn't mind it if they re-released the doom. and the blue vibe.

I'd have to really think about it I guess. They've pretty much got it covered right now. A Razyr with not quite such an aggressive cover lol. That ball is SICK.

I would like to see:

1.)Pure Hammer (the black one preferably but any color would be ok)
2.)Blue Vibe re make
3.)Something with a medium-strong core and a weak cover (the opposite of the Razyr)

Overall Hammer's line is missing a ball with a weak cover, they have nothing for rev-dominate players to use on toast (we would like something better than the rayzr which is to angular when shined and doesn't hit when dull)

Bingo!! And maybe something along the lines of the Assault core with a plastic cover.

We figured that was just too easy of a burn..

Really, it's the only thing most people have against Hammer. Myself included. They just don't have a reputation for longevity, but when they're new..good lawd!

Let us add a Switch Blade to that list.

If they don't want to remake, then PLEASE, make something weak! The Razyr is NOT weak! I was able to use mine on any condition that had at least a hint of dry. I gave it away to a friend in need and replaced it with a Chainsaw. Now that ball is definition of weakest ball i've ever owned.

Although, i'm still lovin' up my first purchased Pyscho. What a ball.
