Back by popular demand

Mark your calendar, my home center of Arlington Lanes will be hosting for what is sure to be another great event.  The staff are all fellow coworkers and friends of mine, and a vast majority of them are bowlers themselves.  I hope we can see a much larger turn out this time and get the video cameras going. Anyone and Everyone is welcome. Ask around and see if your friends are interested, the more the better!  I know some of the great guys who bowl the adult leagues will love to join us.  Lineage is expected to remain at its current rate of 2.00 a game with a buy two games get one free special.  If the amount of attendees permits we'll try to host a mock tournament, worst case scenerio will have us just bowling some pot games and goofing around  Hopefully we'll get some equipment up for raffle as a bonus.

At this time i would like to stress a head count. This is vital in the planning of the event(s). I'm urging all attendees to be proactive and inform their friends and fellow league bowlers in the bowling community about our little event. It is up to you guys (the attendees) to make this happen. Each extra person that we can get is going to make the event that much better. It's time to reach out and make the 2nd BR northern Illinois get together more than the cult footnote that it is. Stand up. Reach out. Be heard. Please respond if you know any friends outside of Ballreviews that are attending with you.

I still don't know exactly when my other events of the day are happening, but I still plan on making it out to Arlington on Saturday.  I'll be showing up right at 11:00 because I'll probably not be able to stay much past 1:00 PM.

However, I didn't post this just to tell you something you already knew - I also wanted to let you know that I've talked my 19 year old son into coming with me.  He is a decent bowler, and he says the get-together at Arlington sounds like fun.

We'll both see you guys Saturday.

I can help video tape other people while im not up to bowl if its needed. I have a camera but I dont know how to post videos to the internet.

I'm hoping to have a few new peices of equipment by this saturday, couple Vapor Zones! Provided the one im getting from mrbowlingnut has the same span as I do along with same thumb/fingers. Sounds like hes got the same span so I can only hope. splendorlex might be selling back the vapor i traded for his smokin last winter so im hoping!

I was just told by StrikeMonster that he will not be able to attend this event this weekend. Broke his bowling hands thumb, hes going to be out of the loop bowling wise for at least 6 weeks. So much for starting fall leauges on time!

Well...Ive lost it..

I have all of my stuff, friends stuff and such. I am going to have to bring my enclosed trailer to bring all of the balls I will have to sell/trade. It most likely will be over 60.
