Over the counter meds

I've got serious pain in my bowling shoulder and wondered if some of the older members could steer me to some over the counter meds that seem to work for them.

Further to my earlier post.
For anyone who have been to Singapore, they would have known or heard of "Aw-Par Villa"
It's a theme park.
IIRC their fortune came from "Tiger Balm."

First time I was there I was 11 years old with my grandmother. Last time was 10 years ago with my son.
