Best SKID/FLIP ball out
« on: December 23, 2012, 09:18:48 AM »
I'm want to know what everyone thinks the true best Skid/Flip ball out there is. I'm looking to get the most extreme skid/flip ball out, just want some suggestions.

I think the Nexxxus is right up there.  Some of my favorite blasts from the past include the Track 811A and Track Uprising.

Just my two cents.

The best skid/flip ball besides the first blood is the roto grip wrecker , for med. speed/rev bowlers. See for yourself online.

Id have to say the Brunswick Ringer is a good choice and the Brunswick Aura Paranormal with a little polish is an excellent choice.
…… you can't  add a physics term to a bowling term and expect it to mean something.

There is no ONE BEST skid/flip ball because there are so many these days.
Plus there are ways to increase that tendency with drillings specific to the bowler's delivery.

Some are
RG Wrecker
Motiv Thrash Frenzy
900G Dirty Look
Columbia Violent Eruption
Storm IQ Tour Pearl
DV8 Misfit Yellow Pearl

Hell Raiser terror is my #1 choice.  It also has a very tuneable cover that even without polish can rip around the corner!
I would pick the Ultimax over the NeXXXus.  I just felt that I could manipulate it more with both my hand and pads.
I am surprised that nobody has not mentioned the hyroad!  Once upon a time I liked what it did for me on high friction surfaces.

Cross Road... Available. Reign if you can get one...  Then I bet the Fire Road.  Can't go wrong with either.

706A, or an 811A (if you can find one) would be good depending on the amount of head oil.

I equate skid/flippy to hockey stick motion.  IQT Pearl does not look like a hockey stick to me.  It has way too much read of the midlane to be considered skid/flip.  It does have lots of backend.  I would call it an Arc monster.   I would also put Marvel pearl in this category too.

Victory Road Pearl is very skid flippy

For my money tho, Critical theory (if there's enough oil) is the skid/flip winner.
