Disasterous first week of PBA experience

Not quite sure why I'm posting this, but wow, 149,197,146 for my first night of PBA experience on the Viper pattern.  This coming off of a 218 average in league. haha.  Granted, I'm sure I'll improve as it goes along, but wowwww.  Just a little discouraged.

With the change in the Cheetah patern this past year it isn't the easiest of the 5 anymore.  Just the most hook.  Scorpion plays the easiest followed by Viper (even though I hate it)  Cheetah is 3rd.

Leaving manageable spares is the key.

I would say my order of difficulty:

Viper, Chameleon, Cheetah, Scorpion, Shark

I hate the Cheetah so hard

The Cheetah was easy last year.  (Well, relatively easy.  I managed to break 830 for four games on it one night)  However, it's SUPER hard this year.  My games on it in the past two weeks in league?  224, 200, 180, 167, 167, 164, 162, 123.  I've never had such an over/under ball reaction in my life.  Washouts and splits galore.  Thank God we're on the Viper for the next two weeks!
