Filipino born and raised in Canada here. Currently living in Vancouver, BC. We have a yearly international tournament called the FilCanAm where bowlers from Canada and the US get together and bowl. Most of the bowlers are from Vancouver and Seattle, with some from Oregon and California. Last year it was here in BC, but I think next year it will be in Portland.

Hehe but bunnies are human beings too!

Relevant backstory to my question:
A guy I work with is really into golf.  He is always talking about these tournaments and I asked if I could play.  I am not really into golf at all but I thought it would be a good bonding type thing.  He said no only Filipinos are allowed to play in the tournament.  I thought it was one of the most gloriously politically incorrect and offensive things I have ever heard.

Anyway, I stopped trying to bond with the guy after that.

Tournament usually held in May. On Memorial Day weekend when the tournament is in Canada and on Victoria Day weekend, if the tournament is in the US.
