You throw a nice ball. I suggest more of a push-off and maybe a higher backswing. BTW, what song is this?

thanks i have only been bowling finger tip 4 bout 2 years now so i still got alot of work 2 dobut ne lil thing can help so ill give it a try and the song is "Live for today" by Breaking Point

Also, when you push away, make sure you have a free armswing. Don't muscle the ball, let the ball do the work until it's time to release.

yea i had sum 1 help me bout year and a half ago and he told me that and im still working on that so hopefully soon it will all b worked out and it will b alot better

yeah Wes, just keep working with Vic, he knows the game he is the MAN! i worked with him tonight for 30 minutes and feel like i can go far just because he give me that much confidence.
