I suck. Plain and simple .. and heres why

Ive bowled with great form, 200 avg, and more ball speed and revs than I do now, til I was injured quite a bit this past decade, and especially even until 2006 when I had to quite until just recently

Im trying to upload a video now. Ive had some injuries in the past 6-10 yrs that really get to me.. A torn ACL and MCL on my slide leg, torn Rotator cuff and tendon and nerve damage in my hand, Both on my bowling arm..

So over the years I have altered thing to help take some stress off things.. ESPECIALLY the shoulder . I have a little compilation vid Im trying to upload now but its taking forever, so that you guys could help me.. I know Im bending my elbow a bit and am a little stiff on the release, but hopefully that will come in time, with practice..

But what is the cause and solution for getting a nice smooth release, instead of the hop?

A double dribble, for me, usually means I'm grabbing the ball and bad things are happening at my release. Usually when I grab, I tend to turn my hand early and my fingers/thumb come out almost simultaneously. But when I throw it well, I can feel the thumb clear nice and all the pressure goes onto my fingers AND there is no double dribble action.

I want to say bending your elbow is forcing you to clutch the ball. Try straightening that out and really relax your hand at release. More is less in bowling.

And for you and the other dipsh!ts in here that accuse me of Being good, being able to bowl better than women, saying women suck, etc etc , bla bla bla.. I ll say it again for the 100th time.. this ALL started because I said we need more hot women In bowling lololol.. ppl need to learn to read threads instead of just jump on the hate wagon, because I said none of that.. actually I said the opposite.. Oh well

didnt know it took like 15 hours to upload a video MJ, you finally got that HD camera you've been talking about as the only reason you havent uploaded a video???
